Intended for flexibility in use the glazed facades had to face south considering the major road. Hence a pattern of louvers are designed to create shade from south side light and heat. This allows using a more transparent glass to allow ample light in the contiguous large floor plates.

The building is seen underscoring the corner with its visual permanence.
