PROJECT DETAILS

The site being a trapezoid in plan positions a challenge to create a perfectly symmetrical building. The architectural design is inspired by the much skewed shape of the site. Thus the building binds all these angles with a continuous band running along the three faces and finally converges to a mass rising above the built mass to an ideal strike.

The frontage thus doesn’t allow the offsets to take prominence and keeps the massing together to create an interesting pattern of light and shade through various hours of the day. Landscape pockets created between the offsets and contiguous band allows vertical greenery to be appreciated on a facade facing an 80 feet road.
